The Vine Adds Soul to Sole with Kneehigh Theatre

When Falmouth based marketing agency The Vine was looking for a way to celebrate its second birthday, Kneehigh Theatre offered up a tempting, toe tapping option.

As The Vine enters into its third year of business the company, which was named in homage to Marvin Gaye, is living up to its tagline Marketing with soul by showing its support for Kneehigh Theatre’s ‘soleful’ rendition of The Red Shoes.

The Vine is sponsoring a performance of the play on Saturday August 7th 2010 which takes place in Kneehigh’s new nomadic theatre, Asylum currently near Chiverton Cross in Cornwall.
Owner of The Vine, Lotte Mahon commented:

“Supporting Kneehigh was a natural decision for The Vine. As a company it has a similar outlook to us, it’s proud to be based in Cornwall but its work has national reach and quality.  When the opportunity to sponsor The Red Shoes came along it felt like the perfect match. I can certainly identify with a girl that can’t stop dancing - although I’m a soul music purist myself!”

Over the past two years The Vine has added is soulful style of marketing and branding expertise to projects for clients including Grammy Award winner Ben Harper, Port Eliot Festival, Rockarchive.com, UCF and Reverend Berriman’s amongst many others.

Lotte Mahon added: “Where better to celebrate surviving two years in the crazy world of marketing than an Asylum?”
